Born and raised in Southern California, I was privileged to have learned makeup artistry through professional training at the world famous, Sunset Gower Studios Makeup Academy in Hollywood, California.

That is where I studied everything from makeup hygiene and color theory to beauty application and special effects.

I went on to work behind the scenes on professional productions, where makeup had to hold up under lights, cameras, long shooting days, and the pressure of getting talent ready when everyone was waiting on “last looks.”

That experience trained my eye, but it also taught me that great makeup starts with understanding what you're working with.

Today, I bring that knowledge to women who want to master their own makeup routine without apprehension.
