DL Effect Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Effective Date: September 15, 2026

DL Effect reserves dedicated appointment time for every client. Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and may prevent another client from booking that time, the following cancellation, lateness, rescheduling, and no-show policies apply.

Refund Policy

All DL Effect service purchases and appointment payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may be eligible to reschedule according to the requirements below.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment one time by calling DL Effect no later than two hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Your original payment will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

Once an appointment has been rescheduled, no additional rescheduling is available.

If you do not attend your rescheduled appointment, your payment is forfeited. No refund, credit, or additional reschedule will be provided.

A new appointment will require a new booking and payment.

Late Arrivals

DL Effect provides a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time.

If you arrive within the 15-minute grace period, your consultation may still proceed. However, your appointment will end at its originally scheduled time and will not be extended because of late arrival.

If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time and have not contacted DL Effect as required for rescheduling, your appointment will be considered a no-show.

No-Call, No-Show

If you do not attend your appointment and do not call DL Effect to reschedule at least two hours before your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered a no-call, no-show.

The full amount paid for the appointment will be forfeited.

No refund, credit, or reschedule will be provided.

If you would like to receive the service at a later date, a new appointment and new payment will be required.

If DL Effect Must Reschedule

If DL Effect must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment date or time.

If a reasonable alternative cannot be arranged, you may receive a refund of the amount paid for the affected service.
